We have received all the necessary legal documents to allow our buyers to immediately begin the application process for the Greek Golden Visa. The two main documents are the Building Permit and the Horizontal Division (or Deed of Horizontal Property)

Construction is progressing quickly! We anticipate the model apartment will be completed by December 2025. We warmly welcome you to schedule a visit to view it
